1. General Agreement

By browsing, placing orders and purchasing goods on our grocery store website, you fully accept all terms below. If you disagree with any clause, please stop using our services.

2.Product Information & Pricing

1.All product descriptions, pictures and weights are for reference only. Actual goods shall prevail.
2.Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to market supply, seasonal fluctuations and cost adjustments.
3.Discounts, promotions and EBT benefits cannot be stacked unless marked explicitly.

3.Order & Payment

1.After submitting an order, customers must complete payment within the specified time; otherwise the order will be automatically cancelled.
2.We accept mainstream online payments and EBT food assistance benefits.
3.Customers are responsible for entering accurate delivery addresses, contact information and delivery time windows. Extra delivery fees caused by wrong information shall be borne by buyers.

4.Delivery & Storage

1.We arrange delivery according to the selected time slot. Minor delays caused by weather, traffic or logistics are not eligible for compensation.
2.Fresh fruits, vegetables, meat, seafood, dairy and frozen food require proper refrigeration immediately after receipt. We are not liable for spoilage caused by improper customer storage.
3.Cold-chain fresh goods are packed with ice packs. Partial melting during transit does not mean the product is spoiled.

5.Return & Exchange Rules

1.Damaged, leaked or spoiled fresh food upon delivery qualifies for free replacement or full refund. Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving goods with valid photos as evidence.
2.Unopened intact packaged non-perishable goods support return or exchange within 7 calendar days after delivery.
3.The following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for food safety and hygiene reasons: cut fresh meat, seafood, ready-to-eat deli, ice cream, baked food, clearance discounted goods and EBT subsidized items.

6.Intellectual Property

All texts, product images, logos, layout and content on this website are protected by copyright. Unauthorized copying, reproduction or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

7.User Conduct

Users shall not use our platform for illegal transactions, fraud or any activity violating local food retail laws. We reserve the right to suspend or close user accounts in violation of regulations.

8.Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any dispute shall not exceed the total payment amount of the corresponding order. We shall not be responsible for indirect losses including but not limited to time cost, income loss and business loss.

9.Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated clauses will take effect once published on the website. Continued use of our service after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

10.Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the local laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from orders shall be resolved through negotiation first; if negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the local competent court.
